Since its inception in 2017, safety has been a top priority at Alpha Craft.  We realize our workforce is our greatest asset and we devote all of the necessary resources to protect our employees, as well as our customers and trade partners.  Our full time corporate safety manager provides comprehensive training to all employees upon commencement of their employment, as well as continuous education training, retraining, and weekly toolbox talks that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.  All training conducted is done in accordance with the standards set forth by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).

We at Alpha Craft feel that one incident is too many.  Our safety officer works closely with our superintendents, foreman, project managers, and customers to survey all projects prior to commencement of work to develop project specific safety plans.  He continues to monitor active projects to ensure that all definable features of work are completed in a safe manner and in accordance with the safety plan.

As validation of the hard work of our safety officer and management team, Alpha Craft has had zero recordable incidents since its inception.  To us, safety isn’t just a number, it’s about ensuring that at the end of each day, our employees make it home to their loved ones.
